Job summary

IAQ Solutions Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a CAD Drafter to support large-scale EPCC projects specializing in data centre and pharma environments. You will create Architectural, HVAC, piping, plumbing, and electrical models using Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.

You will collaborate with design teams, ensure BIM standards, coordinate changes, and help deliver quality drawings for construction on time. Candidates should have engineering degree or diploma and Revit experience, with willingness to

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in engineering or equivalent required.
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Strong communication and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project team.
