Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Project Engineer to manage BIM scope and coordinate with contractors, producing precise as-built drawings. This full-time role emphasizes BIM coordination, drawing accuracy and collaboration with vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Degree/Diploma with 3+ years in BIM using AutoCAD, with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 proficiency for MEP and fire protection services. You will support multi-trade coordination and site surveys.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years of BIM modelling experience using AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for BIM coordination.
• Experience modelling MEP and Fire Protection services.
• Able to understand other trades and draw electrical and structural layouts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, create and edit BIM models.
• Prepare proposal, shop and as-built drawing.
• Conduct clash detection and conflict resolution.
• Perform site survey and inspection to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Liaise with contractors to update on changes and new requirements.
• Propose model design drawings for contractors and vendor.
• Prepare and print out as-built drawings for OMM with accuracy.
• Follow-up as-built drawings based on feedback from clients and consultants.
