Job summary

IAQ Solutions Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a CAD Drafter to support large-scale EPCC projects specializing in data centre and pharma environments. You will create Architectural, HVAC, piping, plumbing, and electrical models using Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.

You will collaborate with design teams, ensure BIM standards, coordinate changes, and help deliver quality drawings for construction on time. Candidates should have engineering degree or diploma and Revit experience, with willingness to

• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
• Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project team.

We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, or operation of Cleanroom Systems, Tool Hook-Up Systems, MEP Services, High and Low Voltage Electrical Systems, ACMV Systems, or Fire Protection Systems within Data Centre, EV Battery, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical & Hospitals, District Cooling & Heating, Photovoltaics, and Food & Beverage environments.

Our CAD Drafter: -

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models;

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 1 years working experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software;
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
• Ability to multitask, working on several projects at any one time;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to travel and station at project site.
