Job summary

Tec D Malaysia in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Billing Operations professional to support invoice processing, generation, and timely dispatch to customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition and respond to billing inquiries with precision.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting highly is preferred.
• Able to use common office equipment.
• Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue accurate customer invoices, verify pricing and taxes.
• Monitor sales orders and goods/service receipt across APJ countries and issue invoices.
• Monitor and issue credit notes for returns / RMA / rebates.
• Manual adjustment: issue create & debit notes for manual adjustments.
• Analyze and resolve customer discrepancies with SO/PO teams, including root cause analysis.
• Own the billing process and participate in process improvement projects.
• Month-end close reporting, reconciliation and clearing duties.
