KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Billing/Accounts Assistant in Malaysia to support invoicing for inpatient and outpatient services. You will scan and update GLs, prepare billing documents, and coordinate with departments and insurers to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

The role requires a Diploma with 2 years in Banking/Healthcare or related fields, strong data entry, and proficiency with basic finance concepts. On-site position with ISO compliance and team collaboration.

Formación

• Diploma or government-recognized equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of Banking/Hospital/Healthcare experience or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and send inpatient and outpatient invoices according to bill date and company requests.
• Scan GLs and update top-up GLs in the system to reflect latest patient GL status.
• Maintain rapport with related departments and consultants; resolve inter-departmental issues.
• Ensure timely compilation and printing of invoices and supporting GLs; batch processing.
• Attend inquiries from companies and insurers; advise management as needed.
• Provide documentation such as CTCs, bills, or claim forms as required by clients.
• Ensure E-billing submission for required companies is completed on time.
• Record and file batching documents for proof and retrieval.
• Submit daily TNB GP and Specialist bills on time.
• Update inpatient/outpatient GL tracking (GLBOM) and Unsubmitted bills in Google Sheets promptly.
• Cover GL and discharges counters during lunch breaks or staff leaves.
• Adhere to ISO standards (OHSAS 45001:2018; ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015).
• Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.
