Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to sales inquiries and client account matters; setup accounts and handle tickets.
• Maintain and update client databases and internal systems with accurate data.
• Update and maintain sales SOPs, toolkits, and onboarding documents.
• Prepare performance reports related to sales support operations for management review.
• Research and suggest ideas to improve team efficiency and processes.
• Coordinate with Marketing to support campaigns and relay system/account-related requests to Backend Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist in responding to sales team inquiries/tickets on trading and account matters, including client account setup, system access, rebate claims, and commission clarifications; escal…
• Assist in maintaining and updating the client database/internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.

Knowledge Management & Process Improvement

• Assist in maintaining and updating sales SOPs, toolkits, and client onboarding documents to reflect the latest processes and standards.
• Assist in preparing performance reports related to sales support operations for management review, when necessary.
• Research and suggest ideas to improve team efficiency, when required.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to support campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistent execution and accurate client communication.
• Assist other teams by relaying system/account-related requests to the Backend Operations Team for timely resolution.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Financial Technology, Economics, or a related field are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in backend operations or customer service role, particularly within the fintech industry, would be an added advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced, cross-border working environment
• Basic knowledge of forex trading is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Jira, Lark and other relevant ticketing or workflow management systems is preferable.
• Strong willingness to learn, with good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability when handling client or transactional data.
• Willingness to work on flexible shifts, including afternoon shifts (up to 10PM, GMT+8), midnight shifts (up to 12AM, GMT+8), and weekend shifts as required.
