Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, FinTech, or Economics.
• 1 year of backend operations or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Chinese and English communication capability.
• Familiarity with CRM, Jira, and office tools.

Aufgaben

• Assist in responding to sales inquiries and client account matters; setup accounts and handle tickets.
• Maintain and update client databases and internal systems with accurate data.
• Update and maintain sales SOPs, toolkits, and onboarding documents.
• Prepare performance reports related to sales support operations for management review.
• Research and suggest ideas to improve team efficiency and processes.
• Coordinate with Marketing to support campaigns and relay system/account-related requests to Backend Operations.
