Job summary

Cambridge English For Life (CEFL) in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, create compelling content, and oversee brand governance across HQ and franchisee centres.

You will drive customer engagement, monitor social performance, and continually optimise spend and content strategy to achieve KPIs. Proficiency in English is essential; Malay and Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business studies/administration, or management, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of digital or media agency experience or managing brand(s) with strong digital touchpoints.
• Good understanding of brand guidelines, with a proven track record in social media account management.
• Proficiency in English; Malay and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Familiarity with SEO is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Performance Management: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid ads, email, social).
• Content Creation & PR Management: Write engaging copy for social media, websites, PR, and paid ads; lead influencer networks and media outreach.
• Brand Governance & Franchisee Support: Maintain brand guidelines and support HQ-owned and franchisee centres.
• Customer Success & Engagement: Monitor social channels, ensure error-free content publishing, deliver high-quality customer service.
• Reporting & Optimisation: Analyse digital metrics and optimise ad spend and content strategy.
