Responsabilidades

• Manage enquiries and provide timely assistance to Arabic-speaking prospective students and parents via phone, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and face-to-face.
• Explain programmes, admission requirements, enrolment process, and visa information to prospective clients.
• Coordinate between Arabic-speaking clients and academic, admissions, marketing, and admin teams.
• Translate or adapt promotional content and application materials between Arabic and English as needed.
• Develop relationships with education agents and recruitment partners across Arabic-speaking markets.
• Support new students and families with pre-arrival communication, enrolment, onboarding and orientation.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication throughout recruitment and enrolment.

GL Education Group Sdn Bhd operates Global Leaders Academy (GL Academy), a Ministry of Education-recognised English language school and academic development centre based in Plaza Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Consultant to support the Academy's engagement with Arabic-speaking students, families, and education agents. The successful candidate will assist prospective clients throughout the enquiry and enrolment process while helping to build strong relationships with Arabic-speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

Manage enquiries and provide timely assistance to Arabic-speaking prospective students and parents through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, online platforms, and face-to-face communication.

Explain the Academy's programmes, admission requirements, enrolment process, and relevant student visa information to prospective clients.

Facilitate communication between Arabic-speaking clients and the Academy's academic, admissions, marketing, and administrative teams.

Translate or assist in adapting promotional content, student information, application materials, and other communications between Arabic and English where required.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with education agents and recruitment partners across Arabic-speaking markets.

Assist new students and their families with pre-arrival communication, enrolment, onboarding, and orientation.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment and enrolment process.

Handle client questions or concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure appropriate follow-up.

Support marketing and recruitment activities targeting Arabic-speaking audiences, including online campaigns, webinars, education fairs, and agent events.

Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enrolments, and client interactions in the company'sCRM or relevant systems.

About you

Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic, both spoken and written, with good working proficiency in English.

Previous experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, customer service, sales, business development, or another client-facing role is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with students, parents, and external partners.

Good understanding of Arabic-speaking cultures and client expectations.

Able to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and education agents.

Well-organised and detail-oriented, particularly when handling enquiries, applications, and client information.

Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email, online communication platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups independently.

Willing to participate in recruitment events, webinars, education fairs, or meetings with Arabic-speaking partners when required.
