Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage sponsorship relationships and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Oversee customer service recovery and respond promptly across channels.
• Handle reservations, inquiries and feedback via social media, email and other platforms.
• Coordinate production and timely delivery of marketing collateral with designers and vendors.
• Support onboarding of new digital platforms and marketing tools.
• Ensure POS systems are configured for promotions and pricing updates.
• Compile and prepare sales/marketing performance data for reporting.
