Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Events Marketing Assistant to plan, organize, and execute marketing events for new clinics and attract customers.

You will raise the company's exposure through booths, roadshows, fairs, and external events, and may also assist in clinic operations when needed.

Diploma required; experience in customer-facing roles or event planning; strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any field.
• Experienced in customer facing roles or event planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends if needed (off in lieu provided).
• Mandarin knowledge is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues.
• Able to work 10:30am–9:30pm (including meal hour).
