Job summary

Talent Ready is hiring a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Representative to be placed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will assist customers via live chat and email in Japanese and English, handling inquiries related to fintech and crypto products.

The role requires native-level Japanese, strong English, 2–4 years in customer service, and willingness to work 5 days including weekends under a hybrid model (onsite day shifts, remote night shifts). Legal work authorization in Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency for complex written interactions.
• Strong English, written and spoken.
• 2–4 years in customer service / live-chat support with frontline training.
• Experience in fintech/crypto/trading environments is a plus.
• Strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
• Ensure efficient, accurate, high-quality customer service.
• Familiarize with crypto trading platforms and market fundamentals.
• Follow up on inquiries and complaints from users.
• Flag discrepancies or risks to management promptly.
