Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency, able to support complex written interactions.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• 2–4 years in Customer Service / Live-chat, with frontline operations training.
• Experience with financial/fintech/trading or crypto products is advantageous.
• Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related STEM fields preferred.
• Good numerical acumen and attention to figures, data and statistics.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model with day onsite and night remote shifts.
• Legal work authorisation in Malaysia is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
• Ensure an efficient, accurate, high-quality customer service experience.
• Be well equipped with crypto trading platforms, products, and market fundamentals.
• Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints from users.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into constructive feedback and solutions.
• Flag discrepancies and risks to management to keep frontline operations smooth.
• Seek continuous improvements to enhance team performance and processes.
