Job summary

CB Talents SP is hiring a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Representative in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will handle inquiries in Japanese and English, offering high-quality support for crypto and fintech products, with a hybrid schedule.

Prior live-chat experience is preferred and a background in finance or STEM helps. The role requires legal work authorization in Malaysia, and the team values a self-driven, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency and able to support users on complex written interactions (finance/crypto).
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• 2–4 years in Customer Service / Live-chat, with frontline training.
• Experience with financial institutions, fintech platforms, trading environments, or crypto is a plus.
• Educational background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
• Strong numerical acumen and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via live chat or email in Japanese and English.
• Ensure an efficient, accurate, and high-quality customer service experience.
• Be well equipped with crypto trading platforms, products, and market fundamentals.
• Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints from users.
