Job summary

An IT service company in Malaysia is seeking a professional to provide support for Korean and English-speaking users via phone, email, and chat. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring high-quality customer service aligned with SLA requirements. Candidates should hold a diploma or higher, possess strong communication skills, and have at least one year of experience in customer service or IT support. Shift work is required. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service / IT service desk support.
  • Experience working in Korean company or retail luxury industry is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Korean & English-speaking users via phone, email & chat with professional IT solutions.
  • Log issues in ITSM system with clear categorisation & priority.
  • Troubleshoot common IT issues (Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking & business apps).
  • Escalate unresolved cases to higher support levels and follow up until closure.
  • Apply knowledge base (KB) and SOP guidelines for resolution.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service aligned with SLA requirements.
