Job summary

Vision Group Malaysia After-Sales Service Co., located in Kulai, Johor, invites a skilled HR professional to join a fast-growing subsidiary. The role covers local HR compliance, visa management for foreign staff, payroll support, and coordination with a multinational team.

You will also handle office operations and assist in recruitment for regional expansion. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, with at least 3+ years HR experience, including exposure to labour laws and government

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and its practical application.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills within a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English for written and oral work communication.
• Hands-on experience with foreign worker visas (EP/PVP) processing and renewals.
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF submission and audit processes.
• 3+ years HR experience, with at least 1 year in labor law compliance or employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act 1955 and related regulations.
• Handle work visas, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees and communicate with authorities.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, overtime, and leaves with Group HR.
• Manage local recruitment channels to meet expansion needs.
• Oversee daily office operations, assets, procurement, vehicles, travel, and facility maintenance.
• Organize internal meetings, team events, and implement headquarter directives.
