• Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
• Support senior event managers in budgeting and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate contracts and manage logistics.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Contribute to marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance.
• Identify risks and assist in contingency planning.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure clear communication and coordination.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address issues during planning and execution.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities
