Job summary

Lemonfridge Studio Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian arm of Lemonfridge Studio Pte Ltd, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Kuala Lumpur (Sri Petaling). You will handle inquiries for Malaysia and Singapore, support service recovery, and cross‑sell related products while maintaining records and meeting KPIs.

The role requires Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, 1 year CS experience (internships welcome), and comfort with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency emphasized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience, empathy and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from Malaysia and Singapore via phone, email and chat.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues with clear context and documentation.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Meet and exceed service KPIs as set by management.
• Execute timely service recovery and revenue‑driven follow‑ups.
• Cross‑sell relevant sub‑products during service interactions where appropriate.
• Assist in ad hoc operational tasks and undertake special projects as directed.
