Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline support for ordering and fulfilment, serving both direct and distribution customers. You will represent Renesas with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through clear communication and effective problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in Customer Operations or Inside Sales.
• Experience in semiconductor field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of order management and customer service processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level support for order placement and fulfilment for direct and distribution customers.
• Manage standard orders, expedit es, cancellations, pull ins and push outs.
• Support RMA processes and related FA activities.
• Review account bookings, backlog, and billing with Sales.
• Coordinate sample tracking, customer questionnaires, and EHS/technical matters.
• Partner with Sales to manage Renesas communications with Distis/customers.
