Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first level of contact for order placement and fulfilment for direct and distribution customers. You will represent Renesas with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through clear communication and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities include end-to-end order management, RMA support, and collaborative reviews of bookings and billing with Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in Customer Operations or Inside Sales (semiconductor field).
• Customer service process knowledge with focus on delighting customers through excellent support.
• Proficient in order management systems, eg: SAP, Model N, Oracle.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle standard order management including expedites, pulls, cancellations and push outs.
• Support RMA and other FA support related to RMAs.
• Assist review of bookings, backlog and billing with Sales.
• Provide ad-hoc support for sample tracking, customer questionnaires, and EHS/technical matters.
• Partner with Sales to manage all Renesas communications with Distis and customers.
• Be Renesas contact for Distis and Sales on any topics.
