Job summary

GoGoX is seeking a friendly Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Representative to support the Hong Kong market. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a great experience over the phone and online.

The role requires shift work and 5 days in the office on a duty roster from 7am to 12am, with 8 hours per day. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates welcome; customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to learn, strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle queries and logistics by phone and online.
• Resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Maintain professional customer service and great customer experience.
• Assist Team Leaders and participate in shift-based schedules.
• Work 5 days in office on a rotation.
