Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Representative for the Putrajaya site to support the Hong Kong market. You will handle inquiries and complaints via calls, email and live chat on a Mon-Fri daytime schedule, with occasional Saturday OT.

Requirements: Diploma or SPM with 2–3 years in call centres; fluent English and Cantonese; strong communication and problem-solving. Benefits include up to RM5,500 monthly, RM300 language allowance, insurance, annual leave, and salary

Responsibilities

Escalate cases according to guidelines and assist in service recovery when needed.
Document interactions and follow up items in the system and logs.
