Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a Korean skin care project for Hong Kong and Taiwan customers. The role involves handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing professional assistance through phone, email and live chat.

The ideal candidates will be fluent in Cantonese, proficient in English, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Training will cover CRM and ticketing processes.

Qualifications

• Cantonese proficiency with HK customer communication.
• Good English for internal communications.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable handling enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Customer-oriented and able to handle complaints professionally.
• Willing to work according to the assigned schedule.
• Working days may fall between Monday and Sunday; 5 days per week; 2 off days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Provide timely and accurate information based on established procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the relevant team.
• Update customer information and case details in the CRM and ticketing system.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Follow established procedures, service standards and performance requirements.
