Job summary

Sutherland Malaysia is seeking a customer service specialist to provide professional, empathetic support primarily via live chat for local and international clients. You will troubleshoot common streaming-related issues, assist with account management and billing inquiries, and keep precise records of customer interactions.

Working from our Bangsar South office in Kuala Lumpur, you will join a 40-hour weekly shift schedule (9:00–23:00, weekends as required) with no hybrid option.

Qualifications

• Fluent Indonesian and English communication (verbal and written).
• CSAT-focused customer service experience (1–2 years).
• Willing to work 9am–11pm shifts including weekends (40 hours/week).
• Willing to work 100% onsite, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and empathetic support to customers primarily via live chat.
• Troubleshoot common technical issues relating to streaming services (device compatibility and login errors).
• Guide customers through account management and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
