EVERNAV TECH SDN BHD is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service & Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves handling customer support via chat, phone and email in Indonesian, English, Chinese and Malay, and assisting with account, order and transaction inquiries.

You will support daily operations, perform back-office tasks, follow up on feedback and contribute to basic sales activities while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Indonesian, English, Chinese and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic sales background or experience.
• Quick-thinking, adaptable and good at problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, patience and a service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work within the 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM working hours.
• Familiar with basic computer and office software.
• Experience in customer service or operations (added advantage).

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via online channels (messaging, phone, email)
• Communicate with customers in Indonesian, English, Chinese and Malay
• Assist with customer account, order and transaction-related enquiries
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflows
• Handle back-office tasks such as data entry, record keeping and basic system maintenance
• Follow up on customer feedback and help improve service quality
• Assist with basic sales activities and introduce company products and services
• Perform other duties assigned by management
