Job summary

Air China Limited in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to handle and supervise passenger check-in, boarding gate, and apron operations at KLIA. The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and to perform assigned administrative duties.

You must be willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts, possess a Diploma, and have full working rights in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Full working rights for Malaysia essential.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays and nights.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to commute to KLIA.

Responsibilities

• Handle and supervise passenger check-in, boarding gate, and apron operations at the airport.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain professional appearance and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
