Job summary

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Manager for Baggage Handling System (BHS) at KLIA2 in Sepang. This on-site role oversees the operation and maintenance of airport systems to ensure high service levels and cost efficiency.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in an engineering executive role related to airport systems and facilities, with strong SAP and quality management knowledge. Open to Malaysian citizens only.

Qualifications

Experience in operation and maintenance of airport systems and facilities.
Strong knowledge of quality management and regulatory compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Strategize and direct operation and maintenance to maximize system availability and reliability.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and certifications.
Plan and control annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for airport systems and facilities.
Develop staff competency for effective operation and maintenance.
Lead projects and manage contracts to address requirements.
Provide timely reporting on airport systems and facilities performance.
Benchmark practices for continuous improvement.
