Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage handling.

• Maintain the lobby and entrance areas clean, welcoming and organized.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs.
• Arrange transportation services including taxis, ride-sharing and airport transfers.
• Monitor lobby area for security and report concerns to management.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval during extended stays or early departures.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and assist guests with packages.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code compliance.

Maintain the lobby and entrance areas in a clean, welcoming and organized manner at all times

Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs

Arrange transportation services, including assistance with taxis, ride-sharing and airport transfers

Monitor the lobby area for security purposes and report any concerns to management

Assist with luggage storage and retrieval for guests during extended stays or early departures

Perform light maintenance tasks, including opening doors, assisting guests with packages and carrying items as needed

Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with hotel dress code and standards
