Job summary

Huawei Consumer Business Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive partnerships and revenue growth in the local market. You will analyze industry and competition, shape strategies, and lead cross-team collaboration to unlock new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BD or direct/channel sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to independently develop customers and manage relationships with partners.

Qualifications

• Full-time bachelor degree or above with 3–5 years in BD or direct/channel sales.
• 3–5 years in partnership management and solution development for Top Internet companies or experience in strategic partnerships or support in the advertising industry.
• Familiar with Internet and advertising industry and monetization models; provide recommendations to local market.
• Excellent communication, ability to independently develop customers, and coordination to align cross-team efforts.
• Strong language, negotiation, contingency, organization, and pressure handling; able to meet internal/external challenges.

Responsibilities

• Make specific plans for business development in a vertical domain based on industry analysis, competition analysis, and strategy analysis; develop corresponding competition and cooperation strategies; form decision-making comments.
• Lead in implementing cooperation projects and achieve business success; develop and implement new opportunities; be responsible for the results.
• Independently complete negotiation, contract signing, and customer relationship maintenance.
