Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Business Development in Petaling Jaya to drive growth through strategic client acquisition and market analysis.

You will manage end-to-end pitches, pricing input, and onboarding of new clients while coordinating with commercial teams to ensure a superior client experience. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in BD/sales/marketing with 2–3 years in a managerial role, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in business development, sales or marketing.
• 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong analytical and market analysis skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and maintain a BD pipeline aligned with financial goals.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies and market scans to inform leadership decisions.
• Lead end-to-end pitching: proposals, contract negotiations, and pricing input.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow revenue across existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients with cross-functional coordination for a smooth integration.
• Develop BD capability and maintain accurate commercial intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support deal negotiations and contract finalization.
• Proactively nurture relationships with potential clients for long-term growth.
• Champion DKSH values and build BD team capability through learning and development.
• Handle administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
