PeopleLAKE Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to support BD and marketing activities across proposals, pitches, campaigns and events. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and maintain campaigns, databases and materials.

The role suits graduates or professionals with 1–4 years of experience in professional services, marketing or events, strong English, good organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Qualifications

• Proven written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay detail oriented.
• Experience in professional services, marketing, events or client-facing environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation of business proposals, pitches and client presentations.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Assist with planning and execution of client events, seminars and conferences.
• Coordinate industry directory submissions and maintain records and deadlines.
• Maintain information on key projects and business activities.
• Assist with client communications, newsletters and marketing content.
• Maintain marketing databases and BD materials.
• Support corporate memberships, sponsorships and external engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate BD initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the BD and Marketing team.
