Job summary

Kenny Hills Hospitality Group in Klang, Selangor is seeking a competent bartender to welcome customers, take drink orders, mix beverages, and assist with menu planning. You will ensure accurate cash handling and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and cocktail preparation.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
• Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
• Mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
• Check IDs to ensure legal age for alcohol.
• Take inventory and order supplies to keep bar and tables well-stocked.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, balance cash register.
• Keep work and dining areas clean and organized.
• Develop new cocktail recipes.

• We are looking for a competent , energetic, fun & face of our team!
• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Developing new cocktail recipes.

You must be:

• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
