Job summary

Tin Box Group Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a bartender with strong beverage knowledge and a passion for F&B. You will prepare and serve drinks, take orders, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area to ensure smooth operations.

Experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue is an advantage, and you should be comfortable working evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Previous bartending or bar service experience is preferred

• Familiar with basic bar operations and beverage service
• Willing to work evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual and well-groomed
• Good attitude, willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar
• Passion or interest in the F&B and entertainment industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and company standards.
• Take beverage orders and provide recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stock replenishment and wastage.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and respond to customer requests professionally.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and company SOPs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock-taking.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
