Job summary

Tin Box Group Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a bartender for our bar, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue operations in Selangor. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, and work closely with service and kitchen teams.

Evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays are required; prior bartending or bar service experience is preferred. We value punctuality, good grooming, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred.
• Experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue is an advantage.
• Familiar with basic bar operations and beverage service.
• Willing to work evenings/night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual and well-groomed.
• Good attitude, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar.
• Passion or interest in F&B and entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and company standards.
• Take beverage orders and provide recommendations to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including stock replenishment and wastage.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and respond to customer requests professionally.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, workplace safety and company SOPs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock-taking.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
