Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew to join our hospitality team at a non-pork outlet in Sunway Square Mall, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our bar and beverage operations. As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service and enjoys their visit. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers returning.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour upon arrival
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers using established point-of-sale systems
• Serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with company standards
• Maintain exceptional table service standards, ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked and inviting throughout service periods
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues professionally
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining and bar areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Check identification for age-restricted purchases and comply with all licensing regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials and promotions to provide informed recommendations
• Follow health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times

• Previous experience as a service crew member or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests
