Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled bartender to prepare and serve beverages according to outlet recipes and standards. You will take drink orders, ensure bar cleanliness, manage stock levels, and work closely with FOH and kitchen teams to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and hygiene.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the outlet’s recipes and service standards. Key duties include taking and preparing drink orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, ensuring proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients, monitoring bar stock and reporting replenishment needs, and providing friendly and professional customer service. The Bartender is also responsible for maintaining bar equipment, minimising wastage, complying with company SOPs and applicable safety requirements, coordinating with the Front of House and kitchen teams, and performing other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
