Job summary

KÖSA Coffee is seeking friendly, energetic, and responsible individuals to join our outlet team as a Crew Member / Barista. This role blends customer service, beverage preparation, and daily café operations at our Kuala Lumpur outlet.

You will learn barista skills, enhance your customer service experience, and grow within the company, with opportunities to progress to senior roles. Training provided; shifts, weekends, and public holidays required.

Qualifications

• Experience in café, F&B, or barista work is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and menu items according to KÖSA standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take orders, operate POS/cashier, and handle payments accurately.
• Support food serving, table clearing, and daily outlet operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and prepared.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOPs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the team during busy periods.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
