Job summary

KÖSA Coffee is seeking friendly, energetic Crew Members / Baristas to join our Kuala Lumpur outlet team. You will contribute to customer service, beverage preparation, and daily café operations while learning barista skills and growing within Brilionjaya brands.

Training will be provided, with opportunities to advance to Senior Crew, Captain, Supervisor, or Management roles. We offer a fast-paced environment and a chance to be part of a modern coffee chain serving premium beverages and desserts.

Qualifications

• Experience in café, F&B, or barista work is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Friendly, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and menu items according to KÖSA standards.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take orders, operate POS/cashier, and handle payments accurately.
• Support food serving, table clearing, and daily outlet operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and prepared.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company SOPs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the team during busy periods.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
