OUR CAFE in Malaysia is seeking a friendly Customer Service representative to take orders accurately, serve food and drinks correctly, and maintain a welcoming dining area.

You will answer questions about the menu, handle complaints calmly, keep tables, floors, and restrooms clean, and coordinate with the kitchen or barista to ensure smooth service, while staying attentive to customers' needs.
