Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur invites a dedicated F&B Supervisor – Banquet to lead day-to-day banquet operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, and events. You will supervise service teams, coordinate with culinary and events teams, and ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management and has 2–3 years of banquet or F&B supervisory experience in a luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• 2–3 years banquet or F&B supervisory experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service standards and event operations.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise banquet operations before, during, and after events to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead, motivate, and support the banquet service team to deliver guest service excellence.
• Conduct pre-function briefings to communicate event details and service expectations.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Events teams for smooth events.
• Ensure banquet rooms are set up according to event orders and brand standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service during events.
• Address guest requests and special requirements promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in banquet areas.
• Support training and coaching to develop team members’ knowledge and skills.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Complete operational reports and communicate outcomes to management.
• Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
