Job summary

Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to lead our F&B team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and guide staff while coordinating with chefs and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in Food & Beverage operations, a hospitality qualification, and strong English communication. A dynamic hotel/restaurant environment offers growth and learning opportunities for multi-lingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, supervise, motivate, and develop Food & Beverage team members effectively.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage for serving international guests.

Responsibilities

• Staffing scheduling and payroll cost management; plan work assignments based on occupancy forecasts, events, and VIP lists.
• Adjust schedules to meet emergencies and coordinate with other managers on staffing.
• Maintain proper records of sales, guest complaints, solutions, and personnel or equipment concerns.
• Provide daily briefings and monthly communications about service and operations.
• Train staff and supervise the outlet to ensure quality service and hospitality.
• Coordinate with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions; support other venues as needed.
