Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated F&B Server for our Chinese Restaurant. You will assist in delivering an exceptional dining experience, support in service areas, and ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards.

The role requires strong guest service, basic food & beverage knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Eligibility includes the right to work in Malaysia, good communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Affinity for guest service.
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage.
• Ability to use Micros Operating System is an advantage.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent reading, writing, and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to guest with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables and service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist in stocking and preparation of service items.
• Support in buffet and station setup and breakdown.
