Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a corporate banking professional to develop and originate new borrowing relationships with a deep understanding of client needs, including Know Your Customer, pricing, security arrangements, covenants, and terms.

The role also involves preparing and presenting full credit applications for approval by the relevant authority and liaising with Group Credit Administration and Group Legal to ensure timely issuances and smooth deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and originate new borrowing relationships with a deep understanding of client needs, including Know Your Customer, pricing, security arrangements, covenants and terms.
• Prepare full credit application packages for approval by the relevant approving authority.
• Liaise closely with Group Credit Administration (GCA) and Group Legal to ensure timely issuances and smooth deal execution.
