INNIO GROUP SDN. BHD. seeks a proactive General Insurance sales professional to drive insurance sales across assigned bank branches and partners in Malaysia. You will monitor performance, train bank staff, and pursue opportunities to increase referrals and penetration.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and travel to branches as needed. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is essential, with experience in Bancassurance or financial services a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Banking, or related field.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in Bancassurance or General Insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; capable of training bank staff.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and promote General Insurance sales through assigned bank branches and banking partners.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure branches achieve insurance sales targets.
• Work with bank managers, relationship managers, and frontline staff to increase referrals and sales.
• Provide product knowledge, sales guidance, and ongoing support to bank staff.
• Conduct product briefings, training, and sales activities as required.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to improve General Insurance penetration within the bank.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and follow up on underperforming branches.
• Coordinate with internal insurance teams to ensure smooth application, documentation, and policy issuance.
