Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Bancassurance Sales Manager to drive regional target achievement while coaching bank staff and branch personnel. The role includes training Bancassurance consultants and supporting branches with promotional activities such as wealth planning events and roadshows.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, 2–3 years in Bancassurance or related roles, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of Bancassurance sales / Relationship Manager or equivalent experience.
• Sales-driven with strong business acumen.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive Bancassurance targets for the assigned region across Regular and Single Premium.
• Monitor production and visitation schedules for Bancassurance Consultants.
• Conduct product training for BC and bank executives in branches.
• Support bank branches on Bancassurance activities, including events and roadshows.
• Ensure tracking of outstanding cases, claims, and pending items by sales, support and marketing teams.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with BC and foster teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
