Job summary

AIA Bhd. invites ambitious individuals to join a Bancassurance sales career talk in Johor. You will drive sales and relationship-building across a national bank partner network, converting prospects into clients and managing key accounts with creative strategies.

Successful candidates may have a degree; SPM holders with Bahasa Malaysia and related 3 years of experience are also considered. Multilingual skills and cultural adaptability will be advantageous for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in bancassurance or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build cordial business relationships across diverse cultures and languages.

Responsibilities

• Champion the sales and marketing of Bancassurance products at a national level, partnering with 264 branches of our partnering bank.
• Transform prospects into clients and key accounts using strategic sales techniques.
• Upsell and cross-sell to bank clients through relationship-building efforts and consultative selling.
• Lead sales and marketing events for new business acquisition and brand exposure.
• Provide compassionate after-sales service including policy servicing, payments and plan changes.
