Job summary

Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a bakery associate to prepare and produce breads according to company recipes and SOPs.

You will oversee the bread-making process from kneading to decorating, ensuring top-quality presentation and hygiene. Fresh candidates with baking skills are welcome; Mandarin communication is a plus, and applicants should be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
• Passionate about baking and willing to learn.
• At least half a year of baking experience is an advantage; fresh candidates with relevant skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of breads following company recipes and SOPs.
• Handle the complete bread-making process, including kneading, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met.
• Assist with ingredient preparation and stock management.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
