Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Bakery Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee daily production, guide a talented bakery team, and uphold strict quality and safety standards. You will manage dough preparation, shaping, baking, and decorating while ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in bakery production or supervisory roles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for artisan baking with a focus on food quality.

Qualifications

• Mandarin communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues is required.
• 3-5 years of baking experience in bakery production or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management能力.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery production and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the full bread-making process, including dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and consistency.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with SOPs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve production goals.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with new product development and process improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
