Job summary

PG Signature Cake Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a bakery assistant to join our butter cake team. You will help in all cake baking and preparation duties, mix, bake, cool, unmould, and maintain clean equipment and work area.

No experience required; training provided. Working hours from 5:15 AM to 1:45 PM, salary RM2,700–RM3,200 per month plus RM300 attendance allowance. Fresh graduates welcome; join a growing cake brand focusing on quality and craftsmanship.

Job description

Basic Salary + Transport Allowance = RM2,700-RM3200

Ensure all baking equipment (ovens, mixers, bowls, tools) are cleaned and well-maintained.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the kitchen at all times.

Follow baking procedures and standards to ensure consistent product quality.

Support team members and maintain smooth daily kitchen operations.

Basic understanding of baking or kitchen operations is an advantage
(Fresh graduates & beginners are welcome — training provided!)

Able to maintain cleanliness and organise the workplace properly.

Good teamwork skills; willing to help and support colleagues.

Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.

Punctual with good attendance record (no frequent absenteeism).
