Job summary

TP is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to respond to customer requests, manage concerns, and provide information via inbound calls and emails. The CSS will be the primary contact for customers using the client’s online shopping channel.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, possess English at B2 level, and have at least 6 months in customer support; fresh graduates in English-related fields are welcome. Malaysian nationals fluent in Bahasa Indonesia are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
• Must have B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension).
• Minimum of 6 months work experience in customer support in any industry.
• Fresh graduates welcome with degrees in English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to place online orders.
• Provide timely support via inbound phone calls and email.
• Handle confidential payment data securely.
• Mitigate risk to client’s brand and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer support experience.
• Attend training to keep knowledge up to date.
• Meet key performance indicators set by company and client.
